Weekend at the Park

Sunday morning it was gorgeous outside so we met some friends down at Ann Morrison Park for a picnic and to play at the playground. We got there at about 10:30 and played until noon - then had our picnic and played a little bit more. This park runs along the green belt/river so we went down to the water and let the kids throw in some sticks and just enjoy the water. It got to about 75 today and it was beautiful. We got home about 1:30 and Caden went down for his nap and then Rod and I planted our seeds in the veggie garden and I got some weeds pulled and some flower plants planted. Our yard is really looking great. Caden also got a new Yamaha blue 4-wheeler and he loves it. He pretty much rode it in all his spare time this weekend. It fits him perfectly and our neighbors gave us a spiderman helmet so he thinks that is pretty cool as well. He got it on Friday night and Saturday morning he woke up at 7:00 and was yelling from his room that he couldn't see his 4-wheeler from his window. At 8:00 Rod had him out riding it. I will post pictures of it later. I am sure tomorrow morning he will wake me up early to go and ride it. It is supposed to be 80 degrees here tomorrow so I am really looking forward to that.
